Registration All delegates are required to complete their registration online prior to the event. Delegate Profile Submission (After Registration) Following registration, delegates are requested to submit the below details for inclusion in official conference materials: Professional Photograph (Headshot): High-resolution JPEG/PNG Biography (150–200 words): Detailing academic/professional background, current role and affiliation, research or industry interests, and key achievements Submission Deadline: Within 7 days of registration
Before the Conference Ensure you have received your registration confirmation and payment receipt. Arrange travel and accommodation in advance (special conference rates may be available at partner hotels). International delegates should review visa requirements and request an official invitation letter if required.
Onsite Delegates Collect your delegate badge and conference kit at the registration desk. The badge must be worn at all times to access conference sessions and facilities. Participate in keynote lectures, technical sessions, poster presentations, and networking events as per the published program schedule. Tea, coffee, and lunch will be provided during scheduled breaks.
Virtual Delegates Login credentials and technical instructions will be shared prior to the conference. Please ensure a stable internet connection and updated Zoom/virtual platform software. Engage actively in live sessions, Q&A segments, and virtual networking. Access session recordings and presentation materials (where permitted) after the event.
Code of Conduct Maintain a high standard of professionalism and mutual respect throughout the conference. Unauthorized photography, recording, or distribution of presentations is strictly prohibited. Delegates are encouraged to participate constructively in discussions and Q&A sessions.
