GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION

There are three different types of contributions you can choose from within this system:
1. Abstract (Speaker and Oral)
2. Poster abstract
3. Workshop

ABSTRACT GUIDELINES
Language:All abstracts must be submitted in English.
Author(s)
The content of the abstract is the sole responsibility of the author(s) and will be published exactly as submitted.
The presenting author must be clearly identified at the time of submission and will serve as the primary contact for all correspondence regarding the abstract.
Include the full names and surnames of all co-authors, along with their designations and affiliated institutions.
Length
1. Scientific Submissions: Maximum 2,200 characters
2. Education Poster Submissions: Maximum 1,500 characters
3. Case Report Submissions: Maximum 1,000 characters
Title
1. The abstract must have a concise, specific title with no abbreviations, clearly reflecting the nature of the study.
2. Titles should be engaging and, where possible, hint at the main conclusion.
Content
A complete and well-structured abstract should include the following sections:
Background/Objectives – A brief introduction (1–2 sentences) outlining the problem being addressed, relevant background information, and the objectives of the investigation.
Design and Methods – Details of the methodology, including study design, number of subjects, and approach taken.
Results – Key findings supported by data. Tables and figures should include clear explanatory captions.
Conclusions – Overall conclusion of the research and suggested areas for further study.
Poster Presentation Format:
a) The presentation should be prepared in PowerPoint (PPT) format with a maximum of 10–12 slides.
b) You may use your own presentation template; however, please ensure the conference logo is included on all slides.
c) You will be presenting electronically at the venue, so a physically printed poster is not required.
Presentation Guidelines:
a) Poster presenters will be allocated 15 minutes in total (10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A).
b) Content must be scientific, clear, and relevant to the conference theme.
c) Please avoid including any promotional or commercial material.
d) Presenters are expected to be at their posters during the assigned presentation time for interaction with attendees.
