Questions and 9 Actions anyone can use in any work. She also innovated Speaking IN®, a science-based model to
promote effective open upward communication in hierarchies. This replacement for “speaking up” creates
inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and employee engagement, all
critical for success and safety in complex, high-risk work.
