Biography: From Queens University in Kingston, Canada, Caroline has earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Healthcare Quality. In addition to having a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, she is a certified Black Belt in lean process improvement. Caroline currently works for Unity Health Toronto, an academic network of hospitals in Toronto, Ontario, with more than 11,000 employees, as a manager in the workplace health, safety, and wellness division. She is in charge of directing quality and process improvement efforts as well as the corporate response to workplace violence, employee safety, and support. Additionally, she has experience in a variety of positions in perioperative services, public health, and paediatrics.
