VITAL SIGNS MONITORING AMONG NURSING STAFF IN OMAN
Biography: Marwa Al Nabhani, a Master’s graduate in
Health Management, is the Head of Nursing Deputy at the Ministry of Health,
Oman. A seasoned leader in clinical governance, she chaired the Regional
Research Committee and specializes in healthcare innovation. Her research
portfolio includes infection control, medication safety, and pain management.
Notably, she received a prestigious Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) grant for
her pioneering work on virtual clinics for primary healthcare. Marwa is
dedicated to evidence-based practice, having initiated "On Desk
Discussion" sessions to integrate current research into nursing workflows,
ultimately enhancing patient safety and quality of care.
