Biography: Omar is a former Government Adviser to NICE HTA and has undertaken PHD in Innovative Contracting with New Medicines He has been visiting lecturer at a number of Universities including Lisbon, Portsmouth, UCL London & Barcelona Business School & Keynote for AMCP USA.
